Bluetooth and WiFi
NRGkick has a WiFi and Bluetooth interface. Bluetooth connectivity allows you to connect to your smartphone and the NRGkick app for convenient control of your NRGkick. You can connect NRGkick to your home network via the WiFi interface, which greatly expands the range of functions and allows you to integrate many smart features.

Easy charging control: Simply start or end your charging process via the app! You can also set the charging current precisely in 0.1 ampere increments.
Integrated energy measurement: NRGkick constantly measures the current, voltage, energy and power on each phase, making every charging process transparent. This means you can see exactly how much energy is being charged and how much current is flowing through the individual phases.
Set an energy limit: Don’t want to fully charge your battery or only want to charge your electric car with a maximum amount of energy? Simply set an energy limit in the NRGkick app!
All statistics at a glance: Your NRGkick saves all your charging processes. You can easily have this data sent to you automatically by e-mail as a charging report when required or on a regular basis.
Password-protected: To prevent unauthorized access to your NRGkick, it is password-protected. It is only possible to make settings in the app with the correct password.

Charging reports
By means of the free NRGkick app and the NRGkick Cloud, the user can receive detailed charging reports at any time (How many kWh charged?, When was charging done?, …). Clear graphics also illustrate the charging history and the amount of energy charged for each individual day in the reporting period.
The user can receive at any time and immediately a report for a pre-selected (current week, last week, current month, last month, last 7 days, last 30 days, current year, …) or also completely freely definable period – as PDF and/or CSV file. On top of that, the user can also set to automatically receive a weekly and/or monthly charging report – all by itself.

OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) is an open communication standard that regulates communication between charging stations for electric vehicles and a central management system. NRGkick has this OCPP standard, which was developed by the Open Charge Alliance, and can thus be integrated into local charging networks. This is to prevent compatibility problems between the charging stations and the management systems.

GEOLOCATION-DATA VIA GPS
NRGkick has connectivity via Bluetooth and WiFi as standard. However, it is also available with additional communication options – GSM/GPS and integrated SIM! This means that the charging unit can indeed be accessed from anywhere, without you having to be nearby and regardless of any unavailable WiFi networks. Thanks to GPS, NRGkick also has the ability to display charges in charging reports with the associated geolocation data! This means that you can subsequently determine exactly where and how much was charged – which in turn can be very helpful if you only want to prove charges from certain locations (e.g. for billing purposes). Two years of data volume are already included from the time of commissioning – with the option to extend!
