How does Charging4Fleets work?

Optimize your fleet with the flexible NRGkick wallbox: no installation costs, precise billing based on charged energy, charging anywhere – the perfect overall solution. Charging4Fleets makes billing charging costs for company cars child’s play, regardless of whether employees are charging at home, at work or on the road.

Once the NRGkicks have been ordered, the preconfigured charging units are sent directly to you. The employees receive the ready-to-use charging units, which record and save every charging process precisely. No need to worry if there is no cloud connection: The data is not lost and is automatically uploaded as soon as the connection is restored. All charging data is collected and is then available in the Charging4Fleets online portal and in the form of detailed collection reports.

NRGkick not only offers reliable charging infrastructure, but also an efficient data management and reporting tool that allows you to request customized charging reports at any time or receive them automatically at set times. This allows you to manage charging and blling of company cars in one centralized location.

Concise Dashboard with group view

Online portal with simple overview of all units including live status: online, offline or charging. Use the drop-down menu to easily switch between the groups of different teams or locations, for example. The assignment of charging units can be customized by editing, deleting and expanding fields.

Detail view of all NRGkicks & Tagging

All charging processes, costs and charging times are clearly displayed and can be viewed at any time. Tags can be used to identify the loads that are taken into account in the invoice.

Fleet cost management

Store agreed reimbursement costs per kWh charged and adjust them at any time or define periods for the validity of the reimbursement prices in advance.

Device management

Each NRGkick charging unit can be identified by its serial number and can be viewed.

What are the advantages of Charging4Fleets?

With Charging4Fleets, the hardware and software for your fleet solution come from a single provider. This ensures maximum compatibility and user-friendliness. Only one charging solution is required for all charging processes – regardless of whether you want to charge at home, at work or on the road. In addition, the unique combination of hardware and software enables extremely simple billing of charging processes.

The flexible wallbox also requires no installation or approval and therefore incurs no additional costs. No de- or reinstallation is necessary when an employee relocates and NRGkick can also be easily passed on when an employee changes.

Why NRGkick?

Unlike a conventional, permanently installed wallbox, NRGkick does not require any installation and can be used immediately for charging. NRGkick can be used to charge anywhere there is a power source – whether at home, at work or on the move. This is made possible by the numerous plug attachments that are available for practically any power source.

How much does NRGkick cost?

While the pricing of NRGkick is generally similar to the prices of permanently installed smart wallboxes, it should be noted that NRGkick does not include installation costs, which means that the total cost is lower.

Where is NRGkick being produced?

The company behind the NRGkick brand is DiniTech – an Austrian company. NRGkick hardware and software are developed and produced at DiniTech’s competence center in St. Stefan im Rosental, Styria. Special attention is also paid to cooperation with regional suppliers.

What are the delivery times?

NRGkick hardware products are usually delivered within a few days. Software products are installed as updates or upgrades over the air on the charging units and therefore have no delivery times.

Is GPS-Data always available?

In the NRGkick variants with GPS, the GPS data of the loads are stored on the device and can then be viewed in the load reports. However, when loading without free access to the sky, e.g. in underground garages, there may be problems with the signal and therefore with retrieving the GPS data via the NRGkick.

How can I ensure that an employee only charges at home?

There are several ways to filter out only the charges that were carried out at the employee’s home.

WiFi location: The employee connects their NRGkick to their home WiFi and assigns the name “Home”, for example. All charges with NRGkick carried out by the employee at home while connected to this network will then appear under the specified name.

GPS data: When using a GPS variant of NRGkick, the GPS coordinates of all loads are recorded. All charges carried out at the GPS coordinates of the employee’s home address are therefore visible.

Plug attachments: The NRGkick charging reports also show the plug attachments used for each charge. Here, for example, the use of a special plug attachment for home charging can be agreed with the employee in order to identify the desired charges.

Wall socket: Another way to identify home charging is to install and use an NRGkick wall socket at the employee’s home. NRGkick wall sockets are permanently installed and can only be used with NRGkick. The use of the wall socket for charging also appears in the charging reports. For example, it can be agreed that only charging at the wall socket will be remunerated.
